Register capicom.dll

Capicom is a 32 bit component only available in Win 2008R2, Vista and XP.

After registration it is saved in \\windows\system32 or \\windows\syswow64

Download Capicom.dll from http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=25281  (Current Version 2.1.0.2)

To register : Open command prompt and point directory to Capicom location. enter the command;
regsvr32 CAPICOM.DLL
