To enable or disable a feature in orchard from command-line type:
ENABLE
orchard> feature enable FeatureName
Enabling features FeatureName
FeatureName was enabled
DISABLE
orchard> feature disable FeatureName
Disabling features FeatureName
Disabled features FeatureName
