Windows Key Not working in Windows 10 Pro

Recently my Windows 10 Pro running on Dell Vortso stopped working.
Every time onClick Windows Key on keyboard, there was no response.
Tried external keyboards and updating the keyboard drivers, but the issue was not resolved.
Until I tried the ugly high-school trick.

Re-start windows explorer.
