HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error HRESULT code 0x80070021

I was deploying a new website ovre IIS in Server 2016 DC edition. 

After deploying the site, it started throwing HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error HRESULT code 0x80070021

The error was thrown due to missing .Net Framework. 

If you have enable IIS on a new VM, ensure you have turned on .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.5 under Windows Features.
